Rates are based upon one family: 2 Adults and 2 Children. Each additional child (4-17): $3.00 per night. Each additional adult (18 and over) $7.00. All rates are per night and do not include sales tax. No smoking or pets are permitted inside any rental unit. No pets are permitted on any rental site. No tents on any rental site. No cooking in cabins. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. No check-ins after 10:00 PM. Early arrival / Late Departure: half day rate. $50.00 cash security deposit required at check-in for all rental units. $100.00 Security Deposit collected on all other rentals.

What you might consider a true "log home". Completely furnished, with dishes, pots & pans, utensils and cable TV/VCR supplied. Includes heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, porch, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (#1 bedroom contains loft with 4 twin beds; #2 bedroom contains twin bunk bed) and bathroom. Outside fire ring, picnic table and grill. Must bring your own bed linens and towels. Sleeps 10.

RESERVATIONS: |

Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum. Payment in full required at time of reservation. Holidays or special weekends require payment in full for all nights. Reservations will not be held without deposit. We require payment in full upon booking and do not accept personal checks. Visa, Mastercard, & Discover are accepted.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
45 days prior to reservation start date: Full refund less a $10.00 processing fee.
44 - 15 days prior to reservation start date: Rain check only
Less than 15 days: No Refund / No Rain check
TERMS OF USE FOR RAIN CHECKS:
*Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
*Re-booking is subject to availability
